This 11th floor condo has a large balcony that overlooks the pool with a beautiful view of the gulf. You can walk from your comfortable living area or master bedroom onto the grand balcony. This wonderful vacation condo has a king master bedroom, a king bedroom, and a 3rd bedroom with two queen beds. Also a queen size pull out sofa in the living room. The unit has a fully stocked, chef friendly kitchen with granite counter tops and all new Samsung stainless steel appliances. You can enjoy the big game or a family movie night on the large 55' Vizio Smart TV in the living room. There is a 32' flat screen in the master bedroom and 26' flat screen TVs in the other bedrooms. Blu Ray players are in all bedrooms and wireless wi Fi blu ray in the master bedroom for streaming movies if you have an account. The unit has recently been remodeled throughout and also has new appliances for your convenience. A luxury marble tub in the extra bath is an awesome upgrade, and the shower with body jets makes the master bath a must see! Don't forget the indoor pool and hot tub for those bad weather days, and the gym and sauna if you are sticking to a healthy routine. Shopping centers within walking distance include restaurants, Rouses, Wal Mart and Publix just down the road. By and large, this is a condo rental you will want to repeat!

March 1, 2021 until May 2021: We want to make all of our renters aware that our complex did receive damage from Hurricane Sally (Our unit did not. Yay!). Because of this, there will still be some construction going on onsite during this time. There will be workers, noise, equipment, etc. We will not refund if this is displeasing to you once you are checked in and the onsite management will only refer you back to us. . The outdoor pool will be ready for your family's enjoyment, but we are not sure with the indoor pool, hot tub, spa, and gym area will be completely repaired and ready for use. We want you to come enjoy our beautiful unit and beach and have a great vacation! These small inconveniences, we hope, will not dissuade you.
