Just came back from Miami and wanted to share my pros and cons of Fontainebleau Miami Beach. I stayed in the Versailles Tower Ocean View 2 queens suite.

Pros:
❤️Beautiful hotel
❤️Swimming pool is amazing
❤️Direct Beach Access
❤️Several Dining Options
❤️Entertainment (LIV) - didn’t go but Rick Ross was there one day of my stay

Cons:
😒$450 accidental fee. ( please call before going. Or if I’m your travel Agent, I’ll call for you)

😒Versailles Tower is far away from everything. Prepare to walk. Also a outdoor wedding reception happened and heard every song played.

😒Toilet had an issue but I fixed it. Literally smh

😒 Customer service could’ve been much better!!!

😒 Bathroom was small. Loved the tv in the bathroom but it didn’t work.

😒 No signage of the minibar. Scanned the QR code. Items removed longer than 20 seconds is a charge. The refrigerator was not available for personal use. If you opened the refrigerator, is a charge.

Overall I enjoyed my stay but wish I didn’t have so many cons. I hope this helps ❤️
