Sunridge Estates 2 ☀️

Booking link is officially live!!! Thank you for all of the support from our followers, friends, guests and family. Much appreciated.

This one is very close to our other rental. About 9 houses away. Only 5 minute drive to Lake Mohave.
3 minutes to river access and Casinos.

We are running a special for our first 15 bookings. You will see when you visit the calendar, prices are less than half of what we normally charge.

Even though summer is almost over…. The lake temp is still really warm and Bullhead is still in the 100’s during the day.

More progress pictures from last week. Waiting on window blinds and internet and we are ready to start booking Sunridge Estates 2.

For those of you that have stayed with us at Sunridge Estates1. This new addition has the same exact floor plan. Just different decor.

They are located 1 block away from each other. So if you have a larger group you can split between the 2 homes and still be very close to each other.

Sunridge Estates 2 is coming along nicely. We closed escrow Friday afternoon and have been working out tails off to get it ready for our first guests.

Sunridge Estates 2 is coming along quickly. Hoping to close Escrow on the 14th of this month and get it ready for early September rentals. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 8 located 5 minutes from Lake Mohave, 5 minutes to casinos and river access.

Guess what???? We are adding another Vacation rental to our portfolio. Home is near Lake Mohave, close to our other rental property. Should be ready by July 4th. We are so excited to expand our rentals.

Our first one is booking up fast for this year. Our second one will be 3 bedrooms 2 bath and a very similar floor plan to our first. 3 car garage with boat deep parking.

The best part is the 2 homes are located 1 block away from each other. Walking distance.

Each home will sleep 8. So if you’re vacationing with another family or multiple families, you can still be close enough to get together but separated enough for your privacy.

Sleeps 8 Pricing depends on month and day of week but the average rate is $195-$225 a night. Some weekends and holidays are higher priced.
