For most people, Tahiti is a once in a lifetime trip and requires a lot of island hopping that can be overwhelming and confusing, so you don't want just anyone to help you with the planning! Trust an expert... like me :)

This morning we did the Temazcal ceremony with the Shaman. We started with this ceremony, then entered the Temazcal sweat lodge where we meditated for about an hour, while being cleansed and blessed by the Shaman while her helper poured a lemongrass and peppermint tea on the hot stones. It was completely dark inside and very hot. They opened the door about every 10-15 minutes, so it was very safe!

It was a truly magical experience and I'm so glad I was able to share it with my friends and husband ❤️
