We've added handrails to the set of stairs behind the home - this is a safety improvement.
We have added additional 'blockers' in the stairs near the pool - another safety improvement to help prevent children from slipping through.
We are adding protection on the north side and behind the house to prevent animals and Guests from going under the home. Plus it will look better!
Every room is being painted also!

With an average of 75 crocodiles per square mile, the Tárcoles River in Costa Rica is the perfect setting for the world's highest concentration of crocodiles. This river is a popular tourist destination because of its crocodiles.
Situated just one hour north from Villa Bougainvillea.
I highly recommend boat tour, which I did today and it was pretty incredible! This scary friend was only 5 meter long and NOT AFRAID of our boat and HUNGRY!
