🚨 Breaking news! 🚨MagicBand+ will be available July 27th in a number of stores around Disney World, as well as on shopDisney. Regular guests can purchase the bands for prices starting at $34.99.

f you’re a Disney World Resort guest, you can order special discounted MagicBand+ designs online before your trip, and there will be discounts available for Annual Passholders as well.

MagicBand+ will have all the same features as a regular MagicBand (unlocking your door, acting as a park ticket, scanning in at Lightning Lanes, charging to your hotel room, etc.), however, there will be some special enhancements as well.

These bands will be rechargeable and unlock special features around the parks....
Guests can interact with the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection throughout all four theme parks. They can wave their hand to sprinkle virtual pixie dust at each Disney Fab 50 Character sculpture for different reactions!

In Star Wars Galaxy's Edge, MagicBand+ is the guide to seeking numerous virtual bounties hidden across Black Spire Outpost with the Star Wars: Batuu Bounty Hunters experience. Vibrations and lights on MagicBand+ guide guests down the right path. When you find your Bounty, use the Play Disney Parks app’s augmented reality thermal viewer to reveal who’s hiding in the shadows.

During “Disney Enchantment” at Magic Kingdom Park and “Harmonious” at EPCOT, MagicBand+ complements the magic in the skies, lighting up and vibrating in sync with fireworks, visual effects, and music.
