More news! Disney World just announced a discount on Disney World hotels for the fall and winter seasons. You can get discounted hotel rooms and free Park Hopper benefits on select dates beginning October 6th through December 25th.

If you are traveling after July 24.2024 I’ve got exciting new information about planning your day!

On July 24, Walt Disney World will introduce new, simpler names to provide more clarity for everyone. Disney Genie+ service will become Lightning Lane Multi Pass, while individual Lightning Lane will now be known as Lightning Lane Single Pass.

We will also be updating Lightning Lane passes to help guests:

Make Lightning Lane plans before you’re here, for added confidence.
Choose your experiences and times prior to purchasing, so you know what you’re getting.
Book Lightning Lane passes for multiple vacation days, all in a single day.

Halfway to the holidays and Disney has added even more ways to celebrate!

Disney Jollywood Nights at Disney's Hollywood Studio - On select nights November 9 through December 21, guests can get holly and jolly for five festive hours from 7:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. during this limited capacity, separately ticketed event. Guests of select Disney Resorts hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin hotels and Shades of Green can purchase tickets starting on July 2. For all other guests, tickets will go on sale July 10.

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party brings to Magic Kingdom Park-Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is a limited capacity five-hour holiday event, kicking off November 8 and running on select nights through December 20 from 7 p.m. to 12 a.m. Guests of select Disney Resorts hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin hotels and Shades of Green can purchase tickets starting on July 2. For all other guests, tickets will go on sale July 10.
