😍 Something exciting (and Disney) is happening! 🥰

I have entered to run in the RunDisney Springtime Surprise weekend in April!!! I'm so excited to be running the Tower of Terror 10-miler with some great friends of mine. This means that I have to get back into running shape, but Disney is worth it!

Let's talk about food! 🥐🥂

There are no buffets aboard Scarlet Lady and all eateries and basic beverages are included! We loved all of the eateries that we tried. We got to eat at Pink Agave (Mexican), Extra Virgin (Italian), Gunbae (Korean BBQ), The Pizza Place, The Galley (variety of quick service foods). There are even more on board but we didn't have time to try them all!

That also doesn't include the large list of bars and lounges available with different drink specials!

There was so much do eat and drink on board that you will never get tired of the options!

🛳️ Oh, Virgin Voyages how we love you!

We had a fantastic cruise on the Scarlet Lady! The excursions were first class and one of a kind. The food was top notch. And the best thing... The Crew!!! The crew members were absolutely amazing! Each person went out of there way to make people feel welcome and have a good time! We will be back, the next question is where will we go next?

We just got our negative test results at the onsite testing center and we are waiting to board! Be prepared for picture overload over the next 6 days!

🛳️ 45 days until I sail on Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady! 🥳

I am so excited to sail the Virgin way with this new cruise line catering to adults with unique eateries, shows, and shore excursions. We are sailing on the Costa Maya itinerary to Mexico! I can't wait to see all of the fun offerings onboard this gorgeous ship!

🦁 What is your favorite attraction at Animal Kingdom? 🦏

One of my favorites is Flight of Passage in Pandora! This is also one of the most beautiful queues in Walt Disney World. The ride is breathtaking and immersive to the point that I truly feel like I'm flying on a banshee! Double tap if you love this attraction too!

🍕Travel Tip Tuesday! 🍗

Make use of mobile order on the MyDisneyExperience app for quick service or snacks! Currently, all quick service locations are requiring mobile order, but the good news is that you can schedule your order ahead of time. I suggest ordering your lunch, through mobile order, once you enter the park that morning so that you have lunch secured for you and your party! A little bit of planning goes a long way for some great food options!

Who else wants to build a droid? 😱

The Droid Depot allows guests to build their own astromech units! You can choose from a BB-series or R-series. We decided to build an R-series and have named him R7 🧑‍🔧. This experience costs $99 per droid. Another amazing feature is that these little units are enhanced with Bluetooth technology that allows them to interact with other droids and locations inside Galaxy's Edge! Don't miss out on this fun experience!

We go to Disney for the food 😍😱

Disney is not just burgers and fries. There are a ton of amazing options at every park! Here is just a sampling of our eats in Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios the past two days. Satuli Canteen in Animal Kingdom is one of our favorites, but the brisket cheese sandwich at Woodys Lunchbox in Hollywood Studios was also another winner!

The Floyd's are sailing 🔻The Virgin Voyages🔻 way! We have booked our voyage for Oct 29th - Nov 3rd on the Scarlet Lady!

They are shaking up the cruise industry 🛳️ with their adults only cruising, over 20 eateries 🍝(no buffets) that are all included, and banning single use plastics aboard the ship.

We have chosen the Dominican Daze itinerary, which is a 5-night cruise with a stop at Puerto Plata and a stop at their private beach, The Beach Club at Bimini.

I am very excited to show what Virgin Voyages has to offer!

🛳️ Cruising is returning! 🛳️

All my cruise lovers out there, get excited! Royal Caribbean is going to set sail again in June with Adventure of the Seas! Sailing from Nassau, Bahamas, this 7-day itinerary includes a stop at Cozumel and 2 days at their private island CocoCay.

Requirements to sail is a valid passport and proof of Covid-19 vaccine (over 18). If under 18, will need proof of a negative Covid 19 test.

Get excited! Adventure is back!
