Happy Oklahoma Museums Week!

This week is Oklahoma Museums Week and we are proud to be part of such an incredible network of museums throughout the state! The OKC Zoo is home to the Patricia and Bryon J. Gambulos ZooZeum that takes guests on a trip down memory lane through the 122-year history of the OKC Zoo. Originally a recreational facility, the ZooZeum was renovated into what it is today in 2011, showcasing historical and iconic artifacts of the Zoo OKC’s past and present for guests of all ages to enjoy. The ZooZeum is on the National Registry of Historic Places and is just one of the many amazing parts of our Zoo!
