This 2025 Sales Conference picture was taken at our agency private party at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park where we got escorted around to let our hair down and have some fun with Minnie, dancing to music, eating, and plain out getting spoiled! THANK YOU to everyone who put this together for our team, you guys put a huge smile on all of our faces by bringing the magic!

As Memory Makers we work hard to make sure our clients get the best service, but when we get together collectively as a group, we make sure to play hard as we learn too.

If you have never noticed all of the hidden mickeys at Disney don't worry, I hadn't before this conference either. This year, we got into groups and bid for a supplier to help us as we hunted the resort. We got Ernie with St. Lucia Destinations!

We also ate Mickey Ice Cream Bars, had late night chats and dinners over all things travel, met the inflatable Chad, and played family fued. What a way to have fun while learning about the travel industry.

Just a thought....If the person you are planning your travel with isnt having fun, how do you expect them to plan fun for you?

My business has grown in the cruising area because of you and I am so grateful to each of you for trusting me. This was my 2nd time winning a prize from NCL for my bookings because of you. A huge thank you to Matthew our BDM at Norwegian Cruise Line for always being so helpful and encouraging.

To my clients...when you allow me to book your travel I take that seriously, because these are memories that will last a lifetime and even generations. As someone who carries so many travel memories from the vacations and experiences my mom gave me down to my children, the vacations we build together are important to me for that reason....I know the memories we build will be passed along through your generations as well.

Thank You EMT Fam! Although I waited over an hour on hold to take care of a client traveling today, this Memory Maker ended the night with a smile.

In just 2 days I will be checking back into Disney's Coronado Springs!!! This was where my 1st Conference took place years ago. I can't wait to get with the suppliers and hear all about the new updates and ways to maximize your travel experience.

It's going to be a busy next few days...finalizing my current quote list and getting people off to their destinations this week as I travel myself, but I LOVE PLANNING FOR MY CLIENTS AND WHAT I DO!!!
