Happy Friday! Let’s talk about Hideaway Beach at Perfect Day at CocoCay! This adult-only area is a great addition to the island. Here you’ll find a beautiful beach, a large infinity pool, great bars in or out of the pool, great music, lots of lounge chairs, and excellent food! I arrived early, around 10 AM and found it to be quite peaceful. The music wasn’t so loud and the pool and beach were pretty empty. Fast forward to noon and the Vegas-style pool party was in full swing! Everyone here was having a great time!! This is definitely an extension of The Hideaway on Icon of the Seas and brings the same adult party vibes. The food was excellent. Who can say no to empanadas and pizza? If you go, don’t skip Hideaway’s signature pizza with snapper and shrimp! And stick around the pool for drinks all around with a champagne gun! #royalcaribbean #iconoftheseas #hideawaybeach

The Hideaway has the first suspended infinity pool at sea. The views from this pool, 135 feet above the ocean, are spectacular. I found myself watching the sunset from The Hideaway several times on Icon of the Seas. Although this area is near Category 6 Water Park, you’ll hardly remember you are so close to the kids! This area is one of my favorite outdoor spaces on this ship! Check out the views of Perfect Day at CocoCay as we were leaving the private island.
