Angola Balloons Aloft 2022-"It's Over The Top!" We're excited to announce for the first time we will have six special shapes fill the skies over Steuben County Friday and Saturday, July 8 and 9. Laska the Flying Unicorn is joining us from Florida and is sponsored by the Steuben County Tourism Bureau. We will highlight our special shapes over the next week. Special shapes will fly Friday evening and both Saturday morning and evening, wind and weather permitting.
