Disney's Food and Garden Festival at EPCOT is now offering 50 NEW dishes for this year, beginning March 1st.

Some of these include:
- Pollinator Flatbread with honey whipped mascarpone, honey caramelized onions, blueberry gastrique, prosciutto, honey whipped goat cheese, arugula, honey vinaigrette, and bee pollen (my first stop my next trip)
- Citrus Baked Brie with preserved lemon marmalade, limoncello-macerated blueberries, and spiced marcona almonds
- Boneless IMPOSSIBLE Korean Short Rib with cilantro-lime rice, Danmuji slaw, and kimchee mayonnaise

Walt Disney purchases the film rights to the Winnie-the-Pooh stories from Mrs. Daphne Milne, wife of the late author A.A. Milne.

The first film, Winnie the Pooh and the Honey Tree, will appear in 1966 as a twenty-six minute short.

Disneyland Resort caps off its $1 billion renovation of Disney California Adventure with the public opening of Cars Land and the new Buena Vista Street.Based on the Disney-Pixar movie Cars, Cars Land is the largest piece of a five-year expansion at Disney California Adventure Park, adding 12 acres of new attractions to the theme park. It is a recreation of the fictional town of Radiator Springs, featuring Luigi's Flying Tires, which flies riders over what looks like a giant air hockey table; Mater's Junkyard Jamboree, which swings riders in trailers in a "tow-si-do" square dance; and Radiator Springs Racers, which takes
riders through a race through a mountain range.Buena Vista Street (formerly known as Sunshine Plaza) is similar to the layout and style of Main Street, USA. The land includes dining, shopping, parades, and entertainment. Also featured is the Red Trolley Car, providing
transportation between the park's main entry at Buena Vista Street and The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror in Hollywood Land. To help celebrate the opening of Cars Land, Disney brings back Pixar Play Parade.

Jim Henson's Muppet*Vision 3D opened to guests on May 16, 1991 at what was then called Disney-MGM Studios. The attraction is housed in a 500-plus seat multi-media 3-D theater located in a further expansion of the backlot annex area. The show was the product of a partnership between Disney and Jim Henson Productions and stands as the last released film directed by Jim Henson.

My clients sent me a picture of them with Michael Rapaport. They reached out to me on Friday to book them a hotel for just one night to go see his show & he just happend to be staying in the same hotel & was on the elevator with him. ❤️

🎉 Yay!!! 🎉
As early as April 18, we will start reintroducing traditional character greetings at Disneyland and Walt Disney World Resorts, as well as aboard Disney Cruise Line and at Aulani Resort in Hawaii. Very soon, Guests will once again be able to hug Mickey Mouse, get an autograph from Mulan, and share a laugh with Goofy. We know many of you have missed these special moments, and your Disney character friends have missed you, too!
