‼️IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT‼️
All on my clients impacted by Hurricane Beryl from Mexico to Barbados have officially made it out of destination/home!
The countless hours I have spent this week assisting these clients has been SO worth it!!! Although, it’s not ideal, this is exactly what I am here for!
I cannot thank my clients enough for trusting me as their travel agent and their kind words!
I chose to be a travel advisors to help people explore the world, make unforgettable memories, and have experiences that will last a lifetime!
I love you all more than I can put into words!

Last night the wind picked up with some rain here and there. Overnight the wind and rain came to stay. Further south (near Playa del Carmen) electricity is out but so far we have electricity. Heading down to breakfast shortly!

I often am asked ‘Why should I use a travel agent?’
Here is a little recap of the last few days and current situation!
Clients vacationing in Barbados when Hurricane Beryl hits - flights cancelled & airport closed leaving them in destination for 3-4 additional days.
Clients vacationing in Tulum - again, flights cancelled and airport closed leaving them in destination for 2 additional days.
While these clients are trying to relax, stay safe, and enjoy their time in destination - I am working all hours to find the next flights home, changing airports, sending important details to my clients, extending stays, rescheduling transfers, following airport and destination updates, saving flight cancellation documents, and communicating directly with the airlines, resorts, and transfer companies to confirm all details.
I am handling all of the details to take any added stress off of my clients in an already stressful situation.
This is just one instance of why booking travel with a travel agent is so important & valuable!
