disney’s riviera resort ✨

I’ve stayed at the majority of Walt Disney World’s resorts and to me the riviera takes the cake! I’m not sure what’s my favorite; the coffee shop in the lobby, the beautiful villas, the character breakfast or the gorgeous views of both Epcot and Hollywood Studios from the top of the resort! I just know when I step into the lobby that it feels like home!

perfect day at cococay! ☀️

this is ’s second private island! I had been to cococay before it was refurbished but returned for the first time during my honeymoon. we paid for the thrill waterpark and climbed fourteen flights of stairs (135 feet up) just to ride daredevil’s peak. it was by far the fastest waterslide I’ve ever ridden and the inside of the slide changes colors as you head towards the bottom!

however, if you’re not a waterpark person there’s a bunch of other fun activities at cococay such as swimming with pigs, a hot air balloon, ziplining, pools, and beaches!

plus, my favorite part about all private islands is the buffets that are spread out every few minutes across the island! picture the biggest cookout you’ve ever had with endless hamburgers, hot dogs, etc!

at sea days 🌊

personally, these are my favorite days of a cruise even though I love the convenience of traveling from exotic location to exotic location.

at sea days allow you to do whatever you want whether you’re catching a movie by the pool, hitting the buffet 15 times a day, going to bingo or trivia, or taking advantage of eating in the dining rooms for lunch.

I find that no matter what you decide to do; whether you decide to relax or do as many activities as possible that cruise lines never run out of entertainment!

calling all thrill seekers!! 🙋🏼‍♀️

this is dragon’s breath flight line at one of ’s private islands in haiti!

this is the view from 500 feet above the labadee beaches & once you’re released off the edge you’ll travel at 40-50mph to the end of the 2,600 foot long zipline!

so far I’ve gotten to ride the flight line twice & I would recommend this to anyone seeking an adrenaline rush!

There’s no cooler restaurant on Disney property than Space 220!

You’ll take a short trip to space where you can enjoy a pre-fixe menu in the restaurant or a lighter offering in the lounge, with the lounge menu.

My personal favorite is the chicken & waffle in the lounge and my favorite drink is moon rocks, a cotton candy flavored beverage with pop rocks!

My absolute favorite way to travel is by cruise! Cruising gives you a chance to see SO many unique and beautiful locations around the U.S. & the world.

On top of this, taking a cruise can work with anyone’s schedule or preferences. The itineraries start as little as two nights with some ranging up to almost three weeks long. The ships sail from dozens of locations both in the United States and some sailing from other countries.

Cruising provides onboard fun, entertainment, and delicious meals that are all included in the cruise fare. Onboard activities could include water slides, pools, ice skating rinks, basketball courts, mini golf, bumper cars, escape rooms, roller skating, ifly, laser tag, etc. based on the ship you choose!

On top of that each cruise has it’s own diverse list of ports that it stops at. From personal experience, a lot of the cruises I have been on have been culturally enriching. A cruise isn’t just the fun & games onboard, but it’s also about learning from the environment around you, when you’re off the ship.

Cruising is much more affordable than most would think and includes so many different ammentities. Along with this so many memories come with it. I am excited to get back to cruising and am proud to say that I sell many brands including: Disney Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, Carnival Cruise Line, Virgin Voyages, and Norwegian Cruise Line!

For those of you who know me well, you’ve always known I’ve been a BIG fan of traveling. I love all things Disney & my favorite way to see the beautiful world around us is to go on cruises. I’ve always enjoyed planning vacations for my family and giving advice to those around me. When I joined Magical Vacation Planner in 2019 I was so excited to contribute to all the memories that families had in store by helping them plan the perfect vacation.

I love what I do but I’m not going to lie, sometimes it’s hard. As travel advisors we put together quotes and plan vacations for free (as I’ve written a million times). Sometimes it’s difficult to find new clients or we often work with clients who ultimately don’t end up traveling, but regardless I love it. I love what I do because each piece/experience of a vacation is like putting together a big puzzle. It’s exciting and when the “puzzle” is put together it’s a masterpiece.

I think I love it so much because of all the employees and cast members that contributed to bringing joy and magic into my life growing up. I want to be the same kind of person when planning everyone’s vacations and be that first step in helping your family create memories that will last a lifetime.

Looking for a fun vacation this summer but you’re afraid of the Florida heat?! Universal’s Islands of Adventure offers several thrilling rides that are sure to keep you cooled down this summer.

☀️Pictured is: Dudley Do-Right’s Ripsaw Falls! You’ll board logs and go through the cartoon itself where the damsel of the story has been kidnapped. The ride itself is humorous and is perfect for any age. This is a must do cool off!

☀️Next, there’s Popeye & Bluto’s Bilge-Rat Barges. This is a river raft ride that’s enjoyable for the entire family. If you’re looking to get soaked, this is the ride for you!

☀️Finally, my personal favorite is Jurassic Park:River Adventure! You start on a peaceful journey, taking in dinosaurs all around you. You’re then taken to the facility where there’s dinos on the lose! You barely make an escape but manage to do so by dropping 85 feet into the water. This is an absolute must do in my book!!
