We are looking to bring on a property manager on to manage and operate our new vacation home. The right candidate will be self-driven, creative, personable and trustworthy. You need your own reliable transportation and be available by phone 7 days a week. The majority of the work is managing the schedule and answering all notifications from the booking websites. You can make extra money by cleaning the house yourself between bookings or hire someone to do it for you. We pride ourselves on being personable and welcoming and expect our manager to do the same. You will have a great working relationship with us as we will use the home often ourselves. We do not live in this area so you will be our eyes and ears, so trust is huge. We have done airbnb homes in the past and had wonderful luck with them and have built amazing relationships with the managers. This is a great job a mom or someone wanting a part time side gig to make some extra money.
Pay is flexible and depending on the duties taken on by the manager. We offer two pay plans; one is a monthly salary, and the other is a "per booking" style where you get paid on the actual bookings so you can make a lot in a busy month and less in the slower season.
