A little tip if traveling more than a week...invest in travel laundry detergent for laundry in a pinch! My ultimate guide to doing laundry by hand in your hotel using travel laundry detergent for a quick clean when no laundry units are available-
🌻Clean the sink or bathtub thoroughly, ensuring there’s no residue. Fill it with lukewarm water.
🌻Use a small amount of travel laundry detergent. Follow the instructions on the detergent for the correct amount, usually a few drops or a capful.
🌻 Submerge your clothes in the soapy water. Gently scrub areas that need extra attention, like collars or stains. Let the clothes soak for 10-15 minutes.
🌻Drain the soapy water and refill with clean water. Rinse the clothes until all detergent is gone.
🌻 Wring out excess water by laying out a clean towel and roll up the clothes in the towel tightly. Hang them on a travel clothesline (Amazon has the BEST to invest in!) or over the shower rod to dry.
This method is quick, easy, and keeps your clothes fresh during a longer trip! 👕

She is creative, loves cat themed everything, the color pink, and has sensory sensitivities. Planning outings and trips from a young age always revolved around the frequency of noises in a store, the number of people and young children in an area, and the overall unpredictability of the noises n the world around us. The additional effort required to research and plan for quieter travel options, accommodations, and activities can be overwhelming and time-consuming. A person with these needs may seek quieter alternatives, may need to carefully plan and research destinations, use noise cancelling headphones/earplugs, and build in downtime to manage sensory overload. I gave my all into every itinerary that came during late night research fests and hundreds of cups of coffee. I was thrown into numerous emergencies and customer service phone calls to advocate for all my travelers who had entrusted their trust into my planning. My favorite part of traveling is experiencing new things and I love that I got to help (even with some just a little bit) into making their adventures more enjoyable and easy!
I got to go on my first of many FAM trips to familarize myself with unknown locations to become a better educated travel advisor for future clients. This year, Scotland and England. Next year, who knows!

WHEN I SAY I'VE GOT YOU 💛
When my Dad passed, I didn't start to have trouble traveling until about six months after it had happened. It started small with a sore stomach when leaving on a trip. It gradually grew to clammy hands, the spins, physically sick in every way possible, and an overall anxiety like I never knew just to go to work or to run to the grocery store. I had developed a panic disorder because I didn't think the world was safe anymore...almost laughable as an avid traveler, but your whole existence changes when you are forced to process trauma.
With therapy, kind doctors, medications, lots and lots of research, and overall a continuation of healing, I got myself back on track and back to the traveling guru I thrive to be! I still struggle with anxiety, but push to set myself up for success.
When I say I can help you with your trips, I truly mean it in every way possible. Do you need to know where every bathroom will be on your cross-country trip because you too suffer from a panic disorder? Do you need assistance with hunting down accessible lodging? Do you just want reassurance that a trip can be for you? It is never a burden and you're safe when planning travel with me. ✨

The crash site is marked by a memorial consisting of a steel pair of glasses, symbolizing Buddy Holly's iconic look, atop a pair of silver wings. The memorial stands in a fenced area near a cornfield, where the plane went down. Visitors often leave tokens of remembrance, such as guitar picks, coins, and other small items, at the site. In addition to the crash site memorial, there is a Buddy Holly exhibit at the nearby Surf Ballroom. The exhibit features memorabilia related to Buddy Holly's life and career, including personal items, photographs, and information about his musical influence.
