Early this morning Cab Franc kids left the vineyard vines and headed off to their new adventure to become an even more beautiful version of themselves as wine. Harvest is truly the most exciting time of year as it is the beginning of a once a year shot at creating an amazing future bottle of wine. There are no do overs...no second chances just one shot a year to create a perfect vintage. Today we ventured out into the San Diego wine country and found the most wonderful winery . Enjoyed an amazing bottle of wine maker Denise Clarke's 2017 estate grown Sangiovese. Thank you Denise, Tanisha & Peter for the amazing afternoon we loved getting to know you and learn about your wine making journey...see you again soon....Cheers! 🍇🍷❤

Spent time at a small boutique winery this weekend just down the hill from Temecula. Twin Oaks Valley Winery in San Marcos is owned by Malcolm and Kathryn Gray. Malcolm is also the winemaker. We enjoyed a wonderful tasting of his wines and it is apparent he loves what he does. We brought home a bottle of his amazing blend called Midnight Ache. All proceeds of every bottle sold goes to support the Lucky Duck Foundation bringing awareness and help to San Diego's homeless population. Imagine drinking wine and helping others at the same time...brilliant!! Cheers!🍷❤🙌
