Sierra Madre Occidental:
Located in western Mexico, this mountain range stretches from the northern states of Sonora and Chihuahua down to the southern states of Jalisco and Michoacán. It is part of the larger Rocky Mountain chain that runs through North America.
The range is known for its dramatic cliffs, deep canyons, and vast pine forests.
Sierra Madre Oriental:
This mountain range runs parallel to the Sierra Madre Occidental but to the east, stretching from the northeastern part of Mexico to the southern regions of Tamaulipas and Veracruz.

Sierra Madre del Sur:
