Aywana means ‘I will journey’

A 2018 survey found that “1 in 5 families said they will find it a challenge to afford and prioritize travel in the next 24 months”.1

I began Aywana Travel for 3 reasons 1. I LOVE to travel! 2. To have the flexibility to be a mom and work. 3. Because so many of our friends and family commented “I wanna travel, but…”. There was always an excuse. Many families and individuals feel travel is financially out of reach for them or the thought of planning a trip appears overwhelming. Here at Aywana Travel I want to help you prioritize travel and find and book affordable options so you can enjoy the benefits of traveling.

I picked the name Aywana because in Peruvian Quechua it means “I will journey”. Travel, no matter where it is, is a journey that can better your quality of life in numerous ways. With over 25 years of personal travel know-how I can give you new destination ideas within your budget, tips to generate a more pleasant travel experience, relieve the stress of planning and booking the details, and change the mentality to “I wanna travel and I am traveling”.

Travel, whether solo with friends or family, has changed my life and helped me become a more compassionate and knowledgable individual and strengthened my bonds with those I traveled with and met along the way. I want to make the dreams of travel become a reality for everyone! Whether you are a frequent traveler looking for someone to take care of the nitty-gritty details for you, or this is your first time trying to plan a trip, we have what you need!
