Animal Kingdom Lodge has my heart! 🫶 Loved every minute of our stay! This was the first time we really prioritized spending time at the resort and it has made me fall in love with it even more. Thankful for the memories 🤎

Saratoga Springs in spring 🐎🏁⛲️⛳️💐
Saratoga is my old reliable, she’s not over the top but when you’re in a pinch she’s always there for you. I love the spring vibes with the pastel buildings and I’ll take a nice boat ride to do some shopping any day. Full room tour and resort review from our stay in April are up on my YouTube channel.

Get me out of gloomy NJ asap! 😂 I haven’t seen the sun in three days and I’m going stir crazy! In all seriousness I have no idea how people live in rainy locations. I have noticed over the years weather has a huge effect on my mental health. Definitely makes sense why I love visiting Florida so much.

Getting a dole whip and sitting in the tiki room is honestly an elite experience. If you haven’t highly recommend, especially if it starts raining!

Finally got to try brunch at the boathouse🥞🍾🐠🐥🚤🏠
Views, live piano, drinks, and good food! What more could you want! I really loved it here, the avocado toast was delicious! Of course I had to order the infamous duck duck razz but I will say this was the only thing I didn’t like 😅 it was way too sweet and very strong! It was cute for the gram but I’ll definitely be trying a different drink next time.

Unpopular opinion? Or not? You all know I’m a dinosaur girl through and through but I have had to let that ride go 🥲 Don’t get me wrong I’m very excited to see Indiana Jones and who knows that may very well be my new favorite ride. Until that eventual retheme (which let’s be honest could be 10 years from now 😂) I’m an Everest girl! 💙

Poly is definitely a bucket list stay for me! With our DVC I’m really itching to book a stay. I want to wait till all the construction is done though to get an experience worth the cost.

Best breakfast in Animal Kingdom 🍊🍳🌳🦒🏔️
I love DAK but finding a good filling breakfast in that park is not easy! Especially if you don’t want to do sit down at Tusker House. My go to is the quick service at Yak & Yeti! It’s cheap, quick, and delicious! It’s become a morning tradition for us at this point 😂

If you guessed Valentine’s you are correct!! We’re going back to Disney in February! This will be our shortest trip yet, leaving Saturday and returning Monday. We’re going down to celebrate hubbys birthday (which is the 30th of January) and celebrate Valentines Day. I’m surprising him with a resort we never stayed at before! Festival of the Arts also happens to be my husband’s favorite festival so it works out perfectly!
This trip is creeping up very fast so time to get the planning started! Of course we’ll be vlogging the whole trip so be sure to check back for those!

Believe it or not I already have all our trips for 2024 planned 😜 With the purchase of DVC it has allowed us to plan our trips way more in advance.
So let’s get to the good stuff! First up we’ll be taking a quick trip in February for hubbys b-day! 🎉 I’m surprising him with a new resort we haven’t stayed at before!
Then we’re doing a bucket list trip! Finally going for May the 4th ⭐️✨
Last I have a very exciting trip planned for October that I can’t say too much about yet! 🤫
And that’s all we have planned but we have talked about taking a few quick weekend trips here and there for events/meeting up with friends! So who knows what else we’ll get up to this year!

🐴🤠You. ARE. A. Toy!🐴🤠 Literally! Shrink down to the size of one of Andy’s toys at the new Roundup Rodeo BBQ in Hollywood Studios! We got to try this restaurant on our last trip and I really loved it! I think this is currently the best bang for buck sit down in Disney! You get unlimited options, drinks and desserts included! My favorites we’re definitely the cheddar biscuits and fried pickles. The theming and interactive bits were a great Disney touch. I’ll definitely be eating here again! tip: bring plastic bags so you can take your leftovers with you. There are only two parks, Disneyland and California Adventure. Both are within walking distance of each other which cuts down on travel time! This is the #1 question clients always ask and the baseline answer is 5-7 days but not every one wants the same things out of their Disney trip. In that case, it’s best to tailor make your trip to fit your wants! So the real answer to this question is that it’s different for everyone! I’ve had trips where I’ve went for 10 days and was able to take my time and have rest days in between. I’ve also gone for 3 days last minute with park hoppers and prioritized all my favorite things! The most delicious and easiest restaurant to get into in Epcot! 🧆🍹🇲🇦 Spice Road Table is a must for me every trip! I literally dream about the cauliflower 💭I don’t know what the sauce they use is but it is so so good! This sit down restaurant is a mix between table service and quick service. You can make a reservation but don’t need one, you can almost always get on the walk up list. The food is served small plate style which is perfect for sharing and trying a little bit of everything. It’s the perfect dinner for me when I’m walking around Epcot because you still have room left for festival snacks and drinks. A day at Disney ✨ Day one of our Disney vacation! We stayed at Beach Club for the first time this trip and I’ll just say that walk into Epcot has spoiled me! We spent a good part of this day in Magic Kingdom and finally got to ride Tron! If you missed our review (in my story highlights) we liked it, not in my top favorites but very fun! 🎢 Then we park hopped over to Epcot to eat, and eat we did! There were so many amazing dishes I wanted to try for Flower & Garden. Disney did not disappoint this festival, the tres leches cake was by far my favorite but I have a huge sweet tooth so to be expected 😋 We ended our night watching fireworks on the little beach outside our resort. DAK will always be favorite for her amazing theming, the best food, and of course the animals! I love to escape a busy Disney day and unwind here. Every trip it’s the day I look forward to most. Welcome to the Jungle 🐍Today I’ll be reviewing one of my favorite restaurants in Magic Kingdom, Jungle Navigation Skipper Canteen! This restaurant has some of the best plant based options on property and the food is always delicious. The drinks are tropical and fruity which if you’re like me you’ll love! The menu is inspired by Asian, African, and South American cuisine so very similar to restaurants in Animal Kingdom. Think curries, sweet chili sauce, and coconut. Everytime I’ve eaten here the staff is very accommodating and most of the items can made in plant based by subbing tofu.
