Exoticca Peru Trip - We had a wonderful 3h walking tour of Cusco, the oldest city of the Americas. The city sits at 11,000ft and is absolutely beautiful and the food was outstanding.

Exoticca Peru Trip - It’s literally impossible to describe the beauty of Machu Picchu (a Unesco World Heritage Site). One has to experience it for themselves. We were so fortunate to have perfect weather. It was a very moving day and I’m very grateful to have experienced this.

Exoticca Peru Trip - Today was a travel day. A flight from Lima to Cusco (a city at 11,000ft) and then a 2.5h bus ride to Urubamba with a stop to see the Alpacas and Llamas. The flight over the Andes was indescribable and of course, pictures don’t even come close to doing it justice. It’s an early bedtime tonight as we have a 5am departure tomorrow to visit Machu Picchu.

I’m really enjoying this tour. Exoticca has tours in several countries. I already had clients go to Morocco this winter and others are going to Portugal and Greece in the coming months.

Our first official day of our Exoticca Peru tour. Lima city tour this morning, followed by a yummy rotisserie chicken lunch at what I would describe as the Peru equivalent of Swiss Chalet. Tonight, we made our way to the Magic Water Circuit. It was indeed magical. A must-see for any visit to Lima!

I just came back from our national agency’s Symposium at Sea on the Enchanted Princess. While I’ve cruised more than 30 times, it was my first Princess Cruise and I thought it was a fantastic product. The ship was beautiful, the staff was fantastic, my balcony room was well appointed and the food and entertainment were top notch.

We visited Princess Cays, San Juan Puerto Rico and St-Thomas USVI.

The week was also about training and the chance to network with several suppliers including Club Med, Riviera River Cruises, Exoticca, Rocky Mountaineer, Globus Family of Brands, Uniworld Boutique River Cruises and Virgin Voyages.
