Oh Curaçao oh Curaçao. 🇨🇼 You were calm and peaceful. You were enriched in history and culture, crystal blue waters that transitions into a darker teal. You were colorful, vibrant and soft. Something I didn’t know I needed. 😌

When traveling I usually tend to go for more of a party resort and country. I like to do with the tourist do but this time I got to be amongst the locals.

We did a walking tour in Willemstad which was informative, beautiful and quiet! No one was rushing you or towards you asking you to buy or support! (Ikyk)

Although we did patronize and support local it wasn’t “mandatory”.

Now the food locally was fresh and juicy. As supposed to any resort food is a hit and miss.

If you’re looking for the “nightlife” it’s going to depend on your preference.

1. Make sure you go on the nights the “club” is known for its night. (Everyone has one) say for instance St Tropez is good on a Monday night for sushi and ho**ahs, while Mambo Beach is good for a Friday night.

2. You’re not going to find “your” genre so be okay with that.

3. Adapt. If not then don’t go. This is their country, their music. So get with it or leave! (Like no seriously, leave) 😂

We went to Emporium and it was only Latin music and Latino and Hispanics. We felt out of place so we left. The next club we went to was LIV, more of our crowd but we got there too early. The best time is 1am till.
Right, we’re normally used to leaving the club at this time or sleep! So we stayed till 1:30 just to make sure we experienced it all.

The last excursion we did was a private yacht to Fuki Bay on Sunday! And it was LIT! (More my scene) lol .curacao took great care of us!
We experienced 6 hours, 1hr each way of sailing and the other 3 relaxing and partying once we docked.

Sunday is “boat hopping” no literally, folks anchor their boat to each other and hop from theirs to yours! Everyone is family 🤣😉 From sharing food, to drinks to experience!

In the middle of the water is where the party is, music, drinks and even ho**ah! 🙃 You’ll definitely want to look into this if traveling to Curaçao!

Whatever your preference make sure you visit in your lifetime 😉🇨🇼🫶🏾
