We never get tired of hearing these GREAT accolades to make our day -

Florence and Tuscany have been wonderful. Brian had the best birthday with our truffle hunter Elia and his dog Nora. His passion for truffle hunting and being third generations truly showed. The meal prepared was amazing and they made Brian feel special on his birthday. Perseus was good the floretine steak was awesome. Found a love of a good Porchetteria sandwich at Granieri 1916. Had an amazing dinner at Paoli, and it was a meal we will keep talking about for sure!

Siena is amazing and we can’t wait to come back and visit more. The staff however at the restaurant is very kind. The cooking class we did today was top notch and so well run! Marco our driver today took great care of us as did our guides Chiara and Claudia. We are looking forward to the hot air balloon ride tomorrow and we had the hotel plan us a wine tasting for the afternoon.

Once again thanks for the amazing work planning this all.
