As rewarding as it is to do something you love, for this long, it’s still hard not to take it personally when a client is unhappy with your services. Whether a communication breakdown, technical difficulties or less than ideal venue layout, there’s a lot of variables that go into making any event a success.
No one is perfect. And certainly not everyone is the perfect fit for their/your style, your event, your work ethic and personality.
We do make every effort to ensure every event is successful. Which is why we attempt to communicate the best we can with every client.
Sometimes you can’t force a square peg into a round hole. We aren’t always everyone’s cup of tea. And that’s ok. If we aren’t, we do our best to help find someone who is.
I will apologize if I know I could have done better. But I can’t apologize for who I am. Not everyone likes tea, anyway.
