Two more project examples. One is machined sample parts for testing before high run production starts. Seem like simple off the shelf parts, but our design uses certain specifications that make them unique.
The other is a 3d print that the customer provided the CAD model for, and then we then made it out of the proper material for the application.

Another unique application for our 3D Scanning services. This 57' Chevy Gasser has some front end geometry issues and a new custom front frame section will be made. The scan will allow the new front to be designed and created keeping all the correct geometry's in place. Pictures are of the full process; marking area for scanning, scan as it looks before cleaning, and final scan file with all unnecessary items removed.

Time to make this adaptation work. Digital gauge/monitor system with the original OEM gauges. Parts Modeled/scanned now to create a new mount to hold the digital gauges with OEM Look.

We had a great time again for the second year in a row at the Sporting Clay's Shoot at Milford Hills for the Oconomowoc High School Wresting program. We donate to these programs because it is important to support programs that teach our youth discipline and what hard work can result in. Good luck this year to all the ocon wrestlers.

3D scanning has many benefits. One project that we have now for reverse engineering has actually found flaws and inconstancies in the manufacturing. The part can now be made better while keeping the proper form fit and function. We have fully portable 3D Scanning services that can be done on location if need as well.

Another automotive part that we worked on recently. This center cap mount is no longer made by the manufacturer so we took the one good one, reverse engineered it and made it from nylon carbon fiber material.

Here is a project we just finished up. The customer had some remnants of a part that needed replacing and a repair for another part. We scanned the part/s that remained, then re-created the rest on CAD off the scan. From there we then printed in nylon carbon fiber material, sanded, and painted.

Not our standard project as this is for a toy, but when it's your fault that your sons favorite shark rc broke it needs to be fixed. Broke one of the main drive wheel gears so had to design and make a new one. No project to small.
