Taking after her daddy… last one left on the dance floor 🕺
Have you been to Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in Disney's Hollywood Studios? What’s your favorite thing about it?
We finally scored the impossible to get Space 220 Restaurant reservation and all I can say is WOW 😮
Disney describes the experience as:
A Stellar Adventure
Embark on the ultimate culinary exploration from this new expansion of the Mission: SPACE Pavilion.
Step inside Space 220 Restaurant—featuring a celestial panorama from a space station—for a delicious meal. To begin your journey, board a special space elevator that will ascend to the stars! Along the way, viewports will give you an aerial view of EPCOT as you travel high above the planet. As you dine, peer out and enjoy amazing daytime and nighttime views of Earth from 220 miles up.
Our Three Course Dinner included the following;
Lift-Offs:
•Blue Moon Cauliflower
Tempura Fried Cauliflower, Housemade Hot Sauce, Blue Cheese Dust
•Space Greens
Bibb Lettuce, Dried Cranberries, Roasted Pears, Spiced Pecans, Apple Cider Dressing
Star Course:
•Slow Rotation Short Rib
Braised Short Rib, Cheddar Grits, Bacon, Haricot Vert
•8oz Filet Mignon
Cabernet Butter, Potato Leek Croquette, Haricot Vert
Super Nova Sweets:
•Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake
Dark Chocolate Sauce, Caramel Crunchy Pearls, Salted Toffee Drizzle
•Lemon Mousse
Lemon Mousse Sphere adorned with White Chocolate Rings, Lemon Custard, Marinated Blueberries, Lemon Curd
This was definitely one of our favorite dining experiences in Disney World so far despite the mixed reviews out there. If you can get past the price tag it’s definitely a must do in Epcot. Our server was excellent and even gave Preston a pack of Space 220 collectible trading cards!

Decided to cheat on Disney and check out SeaWorld… here’s a quick preview.
Daytona Beach & Polynesian Fire Luau
Our adventures took us on a short road trip today to Daytona Beach for the Polynesian Fire Luau at the Hawaiian Inn. Before the show we got to dip our toes in the ocean and check out Biketoberfest which started today. The Luau was a lot of fun. The show performers and food were both excellent. It is definitely worth the 90 minute drive from Disney and a great break from the parks for anyone looking to do something different or have a beach day on your next Disney trip. This dinning experience is Triple “P” Approved 🌴
Hollywood Studios
Having an amazing day at Disney's Hollywood Studios
Tonight we took the Ferry into Magic Kingdom at Sunset and spent the night exploring Liberty Square. This is a section of the park we have consistently overlooked on our prior visits. The atmosphere is different here than the rest of Magic Kingdom and felt more relaxed and laid back which was a welcome feeling after the hustle and bustle of making our way through the pre fireworks crowd on Main Street USA. The theming and history were wonderful. The highlight of the night was dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern followed by a tour of the Hall of Presidents. We look forward to returning to Liberty Square again soon.
Preston’s 1st Haircut
Preston’s 1st haircut ✂️ Our baby boy is getting so grown up 😭 Originally we had planned on taking him to Harmony Barbershop in Magic Kingdom for his 1st cut but due to Covid they still have not announced a reopening. After doing a bit of research online, we found Pigtails and Crewcuts in Orlando and we are so glad we did. It’s easy to see why they are highly reviewed on both Google and Facebook. If you were planning on getting your littles haircut in Disney this might be your next best option!
