My dear friends and family. I just want to share my reasoning for doing this Diva Trip to Negril every year. 20 plus years 🌹

As we embark on this Diva trip, I want you to know that this is a powerful way to reconnect with yourself, especially as a mother/single woman, juggling countless roles and responsibilities. It offers a rare chance to set aside the many hats you wear—mom, partner, caregiver, sister, nurse, or whatever your role may be —and simply embrace who you are as a WOMAN. DTN allows you to prioritize your own needs and desires, explore your interests without compromise, and recharge mentally and emotionally. It’s not selfish; it’s SELF CARE. When you return, you’re not just rejuvenated but also better equipped to pour back into your family and loved ones with a full, renewed and Happy Heart!!
