I am delighted to share that our Jungian Pilgrimage to Kenya has a full cohort! We are now preparing to follow in Carl Jung's footsteps, traveling to Mombasa, Nairobi, the Great Riff Valley, and on safari in the Masai Mara. Our pilgrimage will include dream work, exploring our synchronicities, and caring for our bodies somatically, while involving soul in our personal spiritual practices. I can hardly wait until we gather in Nairobi, Kenya on October 10th, 2025!

Please join Eastwest Somatics Institute on July 26st for an on-line conference with an outstanding roster of presenters. You are also invited to participate in the on-line somatic workshop that follows on July 27 & 28, focusing on embodying dreams and images that awaken the somatic unconscious and support our individuation process. Credit toward becoming a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist/Educator through Eastwest Somatics Institute will be earned for the three days of conference and workshop.

The opportunity to join us on a Jungian Pilgrimage to Kenya is nearing its deadline to register. We will be spending ten days--October 6-16, 2024--following in Jung's footsteps on the Indian Ocean at Mombasa, in the Great Riff Valley, on Safari in the Maasai Mara, and in the capitol city of Nairobi. I will be leading daily dream groups to enable us to process the unconscious, as well as body therapy classes to maintain our level of wellness. We will also explore ritual & spiritual practices to deepen into our experience of this sacred land.
