Who is ready for some cool fall nights by the river? We have a fire pit, actually three, one wood and two gas! Bring your boat, or fish from the dock. Kayaks, crab pots and fishing poles for your use. October, November, December are great times to visit. The main house has 3 King size beds, guest house has king size, and a trundle bed. Great family retreat for Thanksgiving or Christmas. The home will be full decorated for the holidays.

All weekends are booked for September 2020. We have weeknights available: 1-3, 8-10, 21-24, 28-30. October, November and December are open. Currently booking for 2021, prices will go up January 2020, book early for this great rate. The home is at a great price of $350 per night includes all fees. If you want to add the guest home, $100.00 per night. Main home has 3 king size beds, guest house a king size and trundle bed. Situated on 4 acres gives you peace and quiet. The WiFi is strong, come on and stay awhile. Come enjoy the view. This home does not allow guest to bring animals. No Va**ng or Smoking in the home.

Lovely water front home in Urbanna, VA. The home is on 4 acres with a 350 foot waterfront view. The main home features 3 bedrooms, each with a king size bed. There are 2 bathrooms, a washer/dryer, large screen porch, sun room and cozy great room for your enjoyment. The home Is rented with all linens including beach towels for the gorgeous salt water pool.

There is a guest home as well. This cozy retreat has a king size and a trundle bed. It has its own bathroom, small living area and kitchenette. There is also a screen porch attached with ceiling fans to keep you nice and cool.

Situated on Lagrange creek. By boat we are two minutes to the mouth of the Rappahannock River, 20 minutes to the Chesapeake Bay. Bring your own boat, tie to the dock. This home rental includes 4 kayaks that are on property for your enjoyment.

Other items at the home, coffee pots (keriug and Ninja), air fryer, crock pot, loads of dishes, and gas grill. Wood Fire pit, and gas fire pits as well!

We may be away from it all, but we have strong WIFI and cable.

We do not allow pets.
