So, I’ve been working on a little thing 😉….

After leaving the classroom nine years ago and thinking I’d never return, God revealed to me that He had other plans. The calling and pull back to education that began last summer was just too strong for me to ignore. So I’ve spent the better part of the last year, preparing, studying, getting recertified, interviewing, praying and waiting. And after it all, I’m SO excited to announce that I’ll be returning to teach at Summerville High School, my alma mater, and where my teaching career began over a decade ago. 🙌🏻

As for my amazing clients, don’t worry! I’m still here to book and help you with all your travel needs! Please note: I will be limiting the number of new clients I’ll be taking on as I navigate through this transition. All established clients will continue to be accepted regardless of my new client quota. Thank you to all of you who have been so loyal and supportive over the years! ❤️ And thank you for your patience as I work through this transition! If you’d like to schedule a call to chat about your next vacation, reach out through my website by visiting the link in my bio!

Yesterday we had a magical and {a little wet} day at Epcot! It’s one of mine and my girls’ favorite parks, so they were so excited to be back! And while we chose to sleep in and got a later start, we still got all of our must do’s accomplished! Unfortunately, Charlotte isn’t tall enough for the big rides, and I don’t have another adult with me to utilize Rider Switch, so we are just doing the smaller rides and shows this trip. But here’s a peek at our day yesterday!

I truly LOVE coming to Disney the first week of summer! The crowds aren’t too bad, the weather is still decent and it’s warm enough for swimming and water parks!! Not to mention Disney is typically always running a promo through the summer months! It’s truly our favorite way to kick off summer!! Ready to plan your own magical escape for this summer or fall?! The more I come to Disney, the more I just want to take things slow. It’s SO much more enjoyable and I don’t feel “beat up” 🥴 at the end of each day.

Yesterday we slept in, had a delicious breakfast with Mickey Beignets at our resort. Then we spent the whole day at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon 💦 It was a day full of snacks, catching waves, and screaming down water slides! It’s definitely our favorite place to enjoy some “water time” while at Disney! We capped the night with dinner in our room while watching Indiana Jones: Temple of Doom.

Side note: did you know you can cast your Disney+ subscription to your Disney resort tv? It’s definitely been a game changer for my girls when taking breaks in the room!

Today, we are headed to EPCOT to enjoy some Flower & Garden Festival fun and rides! See you there! ✨✨✨

We had “the best day ever” for our first full day yesterday! We spent the whole day at Magic Kingdom and we definitely packed a lot of fun in! My girls’ favorite part was definitely the makeover at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique! If you have little princesses, I highly recommend doing it at least once! Im also a big fan of purchasing Genie+ for MK! So anything below with an LL, is an attraction we were able to bypass the standby line 😉 With it being the start of summer, the lines for everything was 30+ minutes and higher. But here’s a look at how our day went! ✨✨

Having the best time on our little 5 day Disney Land & Sea getaway for Spring Break✨✨✨ We spent two nights at Disney World with a magic day at Magic Kingdom and then boarded the Disney wish for a 3 day cruise!! 🚢 Currently enjoying our last day in Castaway Cay and then we will be stateside again tomorrow! Seeing my girls experience the magic of their first Disney cruise has been amazing!

After my first Disney cruise back in the fall, I fell in love with this whole other way to enjoy the magic of Disney vacations! And I’m definitely crushing hard on DCL’s newest ship, the Wish! But of course WDW will always have my heart! 😜

I’m currently in WDW for a mini “Land & Sea” trip with my girls! We are here to enjoy a couple days of hotel and park time and then we’re headed to the port Friday for a 3 night cruise on the Wish! Seeing my girls experience the parks has always been so special and I can’t wait to create all new memories as they experience their very first Disney cruise!

Love Disney but not sure if you want to try a Disney cruise?! Choosing a trip itinerary that includes the best of both worlds is a great way to experience all that you love plus something new! 🙌🏻

Cruise Itineraries for 2023 through summer of 2024 are now open for booking! Reach out via the link in my bio and let me help you start planning your own Disney summer getaway! ✨✨✨ 🚢

And just like that, the 50th anniversary comes to an end! ✨✨✨

Getting to be there on the actual 50th Anniversary on October 1st, 2021 was truly the most magical day I’ve ever spent at Magic Kingdom! And all the trips I’ve made to WDW since have been pure memory gold! While there are many exciting things still in store for the parks, I’m really really going to miss this amazing celebration! Because just when I thought Disney couldn’t get more magical, the extra touches of pixie dust through the anniversary proved me wrong! I think what I loved the most was all the iridescent decor and theming and both nighttime spectaculars (Harmonius & Enchantment)!

While I’m sad to see it all go (and wondering how I’ll get used to seeing the castle undecorated again 😂🤔) I’m looking forward to all the new things to come!

Goodbye to this memorable and amazing celebration and hello to the next era of Disney park magic!✨✨✨

This is 35 ✨✨✨

My birthday was February 28th, but I have been celebrating over the past week and last night we capped off the celebrations with an amazing surprise birthday dinner with the whole family in Jamaica! ❤️🌴 And I could not imagine a more beautiful place to cheers to making it half way through my 30’s!

I just want to say thank you to everyone that sent, texted, tagged, and shared birthday wishes with me! My 30’s has literally been the best time of my life! I’m looking forward to the next five years of this amazing decade!

Hey, Hello, where did I go?!

Hey everyone! I know it’s been a while since I’ve been present on this page, but I’m still here and still planning dream getaways for clients! I’ve had a lot of big things in the works behind the scenes, that I hope to share soon! BUT I’m back and excited to be sharing magical content with you all again!

I have a ton of travel plans for this year, and first up on my travel roster is actually a destination that doesn’t involve Disney 🙀 I know, it’s a shock! 😂 I am currently on my way down to Orlando where we will be flying out tomorrow to head to this little slice of paradise in Jamaica…Villa Makana! While most people gravitate towards the gorgeous all inclusive resorts, we love renting a beautiful villa where our whole family can be together! Jamaica is huge on hospitality and because of this, they treat most of their villas just like an all inclusive resort, which means most villa rentals offer a full staff! It’s like an all inclusive resort but with your own privacy! And it’s definitely an experience to remember! ❤️

I’m looking forward to sharing our experience over the next week! If you’d like to peek in on our adventures, you can follow along here or over on IG .by.magic. That’s also where I’ll be posting to stories 🤗 And don’t worry, I have some magical Disney travel lined up this year too! Happy to be back friends!

PSA: If you find yourself struggling with the following questions👇🏻then it’s time to contact a travel agent like me, to help you navigate the magical complexities of a Disney vacation! 😉✨✨✨

“When should I book my Disney vacation?”
“What is a park pass reservation?”
“When do I book dining reservations?”
“Park Passes can sell out?”
“How can I snag the most coveted dining reservations?”
“What is Genie+ and Lightning Lane?”
“How much is a deposit for a Disney vacation?”
“What’s My Disney Experience?”

These are many of the most common questions, that I get asked on the regular. And it has led many people to making mistakes with their Disney travels, leading them to vacation stress, disappointment or turning to agents like me at the eleventh hour. Everything is expensive these days, especially travel! So be sure to snag someone like me, who specializes in your destination, to help you avoid common mistakes and protect your magical vacation by making sure you don’t miss a beat!

As your agent, I help you not only research and book your vacation, but I help you plan out the perfect itinerary for your family! I tailor my services to each client’s individual needs and I love working with each client to create a personalized magical vacation! Vacations are never perfect, but working with an experienced travel agent can help you avoid the simple things that could easily become a disaster.

So to answer the question, it’s never too early to book a Disney trip! {But try to shoot for more than 2 months out if possible 😜} As for the rest, if you’re thinking of planning a Disney trip, let’s chat! I book all Disney Destinations and even Universal Orlando! Feel free to reach out to schedule your free consultation call so we can chat 🤗

Yesterday we finished up our Disney trip with an adventurous day at Animal Kingdom🦒🐘🦓🌳

We started the day with a delicious breakfast at Boma! 😋🙌🏻 And then after hitting the “must do’s” in the park, we headed back to our condo early for an afternoon swim. It was definitely a fantastic way to cool off, after what felt like our hottest day in the parks!

Our trip was amazing but I do hate that we missed out on riding Everest and Test Track due to them being down all day. But getting to ride the newer attractions like Remy and Guardians was a great consolation prize!

We are currently on the road home, but I’ll be back next week with my bestie to conquer more parks and a cruise on the Disney Wish! ✨✨✨

What’s the one attraction that would ruin your trip if you didn’t get to ride it? 🤔

Basking in the glory that I got to ride Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind twice yesterday! 🙌🏻 And it was my first time experiencing this attraction!

But can I be honest? I actually hated it the first time I rode it. I know, I know! How can I hate this ride?! It’s so awesome! BUT I get dizzy very easily, almost vertigo-like. Many rides disorient me and send my head spinning. Luckily I don’t get nauseous from it, but it definitely sends my brain for a ride 🥴 So when I rode Guardians the first time, I was so nervous and so unfamiliar with the ride, I was dizzy the whole time…I literally cried like a little child when I it was over 🤣

BUT later that day (after using our Lightning Lane for the morning) our boarding group (virtual queue) got called and I decided to try it one more time! I figured I survived the first time, and now I know what to expect, so why not?! I rode it the second time and instantly became obsessed! ❤️🙌🏻 I was able to look where I needed and enjoy the ride without dizziness! This time I cried happy tears, because now I get to be a part of the group that gets the hype! 😜 It’s such an amazing ride and I can’t wait to ride again next week!

Moral of the story: when it comes to this attraction, if at first you don’t succeed, try try again! It’s totally worth it!

I’m back ✨home✨ and it feels so good! Yesterday, we spent our day at Magic Kingdom and while it was hotter than the devil’s armpit, it was a really magical day! I didn’t get tons of photos, mainly because we were just too sweaty 🥴🤣 but also because, I really do love just being present when my family is with me.

This time around, my hubby got to finally join the girls and I, and my Grammy and uncle are here too! So I won’t be posting tons, but I’ll try to post a little for those who like little peeks into the parks 😉

Curious though, I personally don’t visit WDW in the late summer, as the heat can be a lot. HOWEVER, the crowds are amazing! 🙌🏻 It’s a great payoff! Anyway…I want to know; what’s your least favorite time to visit Disney parks?!

🌴🍦Sweet memories were made on this day…catching waves at Typhoon Lagoon with my two girls🍦🌴

Truth: I rarely visit the water parks while on a Disney vacation. Growing up, we always did, but in my adult years, I just haven’t ever made the time. This past trip was partially devoted to exploring outside of the parks, and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water park did not disappoint! 🙌🏻 I truly enjoyed every aspect of our day, from the soft sandy beaches by the wave pool, the family raft slides (that even my 3 year old could experience), ice cream in a tropical landscape, to the character sightings! Did I mention you can also meet Mickey here?! I was honestly surprised at how much I enjoyed this day! To be honest, I thought it would be a one and done, but now I just wish I lived closer so I could go all summer! 😂 And doing Disney in the heat is not my idea of a magical time, so I thought when I booked this summer trip, I would be miserable. But (due to my planning 😜) I couldn’t have been more wrong, and I now plan to make a special Disney visit every summer!

Not sure if a summer trip to Disney is worth it due to the heat? I have the perfect itinerary and tips to help you enjoy every moment and stay cool! Hint: including time at the water parks or resort pool is definitely a part of it 😉 Afraid of summer crowds? Not to worry, you’ll come to find that the crowds and even hotel pricing is better during the summer months, than most times of the year at Walt Disney World! And the biggest bonus, not having to pull your kids out of school or brave the crazy Spring Break and Christmas crowds 🙌🏻

So why not?! Pack a bag, see the castle, catch a wave, and end your summer nights with fireworks! Im currently still taking on summer clients and a Disney+ subscriber discount is also running, now through the end of September! Ready for a magical summer getaway?! Reach out now for more info to get started! 🌴💦✨✨✨

Don’t mind me, just been reminiscing about how magical my recent Disney trip was! I say this a lot about my trips, I know! 😂 🙄 BUT this trip was just my two girls and I, and for the first time just the three of us. It was probably my favorite Disney trip to date! ✨

The way I balanced the trip between “water/rest” and park days was perfect! And letting my girls take the lead everyday in what we did was so fun! Our trip went so smoothly…we never waited more than 20 min for an attraction, we slept in almost every day, our feet never hurt, we had zero meltdowns, and we conquered almost everything we wanted to do! An easy going Disney trip is definitely the way to go for me! Be sure to peep my stories on my personal page or on IG .by.magic for our Epcot day adventures! ✨✨

There are SO many ways to structure your Disney trips! From rope drop to fireworks every day, to many rest days and sleeping in to anything in between! Each trip type comes with compromise and is all dependent on what you ultimately want your trip to look like. 🤗 This is where travel agents like me come in! I help my clients tailor their vacations and itineraries based on their preferences and wishes! Leaving them with a trip that is as magical and smooth running as possible!

✨Ready to plan your next magical get away for this year or next?! Vacation packages have officially dropped at Walt Disney World for 2023! 🙌🏻 I’m also accepting clients for Universal Orlando, Disney Cruise Line (2023 sailings) and Disneyland Resort! Reach out now to get started! ✨

These two kiddos are theme park warriors and continuously surprise me! Our first day was a full day that started at 9am with a tour around the world at Epcot. We then hopped over to Magic Kingdom where we spent the evening before heading home just before 11. Zero melt downs and my 3 year old was even laughing and playing on the bus ride back. I count that as a Disney mom win 😂🙌🏻

Yesterday we slept in and spent the whole day at Typhoon Lagoon water park! 💦 It was such an amazing break day! I’ll be sharing our fun from those two days in my stories later! Today we’re headed back to Magic Kingdom!

If you could have a perfect, no stress, slow paced day at Disney (in the parks or not 😉) what would that day look like?

Kicking off this summer by spending this week at Disney World with my two girls! We spent our first day yesterday by the pool and visiting Beaches for some dinner and ice cream. Today we will be exploring Epcot and maybe Magic Kingdom later today! ✨✨

This isn’t how I normally start a summer, but kicking this season off with a little magic has been amazing so far! 🙌🏻

“The only thing predictable about life, is its unpredictability.” -Remy 🐀

Speaking of unpredictable things, I’m headed back “home” in just under 2 weeks! This trip was unexpected, and a spur of the moment booking. I’m taking my two kiddos, so it will just be a “mommy & daughters” trip. ✨

What’s so unpredictable about me going to Disney? 😂 🤔 Typically, I devote every trip to the parks, but this time around I’ll be spending a majority of my time enjoying the resorts, relaxing pool side, and catching some waves at Typhoon Lagoon.

Many people avoid Disney parks during the summer because it’s so hot. And I agree that it can be pretty hot in the summer, BUT I have lots of tips and tricks on how to beat the heat and still make it a magical vacation! One tip is to decrease the park time and extend your pool time 😎💦 Disney parks are SO magical, but so are the resorts, pools, and water parks, so why not enjoy them all?!

Reach out to get your own magical summer getaway planned with the perfect balance of Disney park and water fun! ☀️ ✨

✨✨May the Fourth be with You!✨✨

I obvi need some new Galaxy’s Edge content, as I just realized the last time I focused on this particular area, masks were still required outside. 🤣🤷🏼‍♀️ But I can’t let this day go by without a Galaxy’s Edge photo! So voila…here’s my masked face 😜

This day is so fun for our family, because not only do we enjoy Star Wars, but today is my little girl’s birthday! So we’ve been celebrating all day and will be capping the night with some Star Wars movies and birthday cake 🥳

What’s your favorite way to celebrate or acknowledge this day?

It’s half way to Halloween 🎃 👻 and Disney just announced that Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween party is finally returning this fall! This is my absolute favorite event at Walt Disney World and if you love Halloween, it’s definitely a must do! 🙌🏻 If you’re interested in getting your spooky trip planned for later this year, reach out to me and we can get your planning started!

And that’s a wrap on my week long trip with my little fam! We spent our last day at Magic Kingdom yesterday and even almost gave up half way through because of the intense rain and cold wind. But we pushed through, closed the park and had a magical end to our trip! Here was our day ✨✨✨

I had such an amazing time with my family and kiddos! Overall, when it comes to Genie+ I think I would get it again BUT there is SO much that Disney could do to make it better. Which they are aware of, as we actually ran into a Cast Member who’s sole job was to use Genie+, ride rides, and report back on improvements. We of course, shared with her our suggestions 😉

Thanks for the few that followed along! I know I didn’t post as much as I normally do on trips, but this was actually the first time in a long time I’ve been to Disney without my nose buried in my phone…and it was honestly pure magic! ✨✨ I look forward to popping back on soon and more regularly, after I’m home and over the Disney blues 😭😉

Until then, drop your biggest question about the new Genie+ service! 👇🏻 And I’d be happy to help answer it!

02/04/2022

Spent all day yesterday in the land of movies 🎥 and exploring Andy’s backyard! Toy Story Land was definitely my toddler’s favorite and it was hard to get her out of there! 🤣 But I don’t blame her! It’s pretty fun 😉

We started the day with an amazing breakfast at Topolinos before we started our adventures! We continued to use our Genie+ as well, and I’m still finding it really hard to snag attractions. We decided to split our group between the first round of Genie+ selection (since we have a little with us) and it ultimately was a mistake, as it messed up future redemption times for the whole family for the remainder of the day🤦🏼‍♀️

So note to self, don’t split your party when booking Genie+. So the LL’s below are split between my family of 5 in some instances. Overall though, once again we had an amazing day! 🙌🏻 Here was our day…

-Breakfast at Topolinos
-Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway (LL)
-Midway Mania (LL)
-Slinky Dog Dash (LL)
-Meet Olaf
-Star Tours (LL)
-Frozen Sing a Long
-Indiana Jones
-Rockin Roller Coaster (LL)
-Dinner at Sci Fi Dine In
-Midway Mania (walk on)
-Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway (walk on)

I was hoping to ride Tower, my favorite ride, but the line remained at 100 min all day. So I had to skip it. 😭

What’s the one ride at Hollywood Studios that would almost ruin your day, if you couldn’t ride it?
