Disney FINALLY dropped the news we've been waiting for - the dates for this year's Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween party!
Here's everything we learned:
🎃 Dates:
This year, the party starts in early Aug. and takes place from 7:00 PM until Midnight.
• Aug. – 9, 13, 16, 20, 23, 27, and 30
• Sept. – 2, 6, 8, 10, 13, 15, 17, 20, 22, 24, 26, 27, and 29
• Oct. – 1, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 14, 15, 17, 18, 20, 21, 24, 25, 27, 29, and 31
🎟️ Tickets:
• Event tickets are $119 to $199 per ticket, plus tax (prices vary by event date).
• Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club owners can save $10 per ticket on select nights in August and September.
• Tickets for onsite guests (including Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, and Shades of Green) go on sale May 8. For everyone else, tickets go on sale May 15.
🎭 Entertainment:
Boo-to-You Parade:
• Showtimes: 8:15 PM, 11:15 PM (note the earlier start time for families with little ones)
Returning Favorites:
• "Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular" fireworks show, hosted by Jack Skellington (showtime 10:00 PM)
• The Dessert Party is returning: includes fireworks viewing either in the Plaza Garden or at Tomorrowland Terrace and reservations open June 7.
• "Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular" stage show (3-4 shows per night, depending on the date)
• Trick-or-treating
• Overlays at Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor, Space Mountain, & Mad Tea Party
• DescenDANCE Party: Returns for the first time in several years to Rockettower Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland.
• Disney Junior Dance Party: Returns to Cosmic Rays.
• Cadaver Dans: In Frontierland.
• Rusty Cut Glass: Traveling throughout Adventureland.
👻 Characters:
• Mickey and Minnie get new outfits! Look for both of them at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in new, neon spiderweb attire.
• We don’t talk about Bruno, but you WILL be able to meet him this year! For the first time ever, you’ll be able to meet him alongside Mirabel at their Casita in Fairytale Garden.
• Disney is also teasing more villains at this year’s party. No word on exactly who that means, but Disney included a pic of Jafar, Cruella de Vil, and Maleficent in their announcement, so hopefully we’ll see them & more!
