Beginning July 26th, join me every other Monday this summer on the patio at the Santa Barbara Wine Collective in the Funk Zone for Happy Hour Yoga and Wine starting at 5pm!

I will guide us through a 1 hour yoga flow, with options for all-levels of practitioner. Following the yoga, we will enjoy a wine tasting featuring 3 local wines from Santa Barbara County. I will lead us through the wine tasting and provide tasting notes, information about the grape varieties, the winemakers, and the winemaking processes.

Bring a mat, a hat, water bottle, and a friend!

Snacks are not provided as of now, but you are welcome to bring food!

Glasses, wine, information and instruction included. Water provided as well.

In honor of Father’s Day, my Dad’s birthday, International Yoga Day, and the Summer Solstice!,
I am hosting a special Wine and unWind at the Rose Garden on June 20th from 12-2pm.

$45 ticket includes: 1 hr of mellow, all -levels yoga followed by an hour of wine education and a tasting of 3 wines chosen by me and my Dad!

To reserve your space, you must RSVP prior to the class through the link in my bio! 👆🏼

Snack boxes are optional and for an additional cost and must be reserved in advance for preference and preparation.

We will be using strength to actively move and create more mobility through isolating various parts of the body to move on their own without assistance from other parts of the body. This is dynamic controlled movement while maintaining attention to whole body awareness, content of mind that arises, and keeping the body in unison.

What an incredible day for yoga and wine outside!

Thank you to everyone that continues to show up and support me, these small producers, and themselves through practice! I am so grateful to have such amazing friends and to live in this gorgeous place where we can practice outside all year!

Thank you for helping me put together these delicious and adorable boxes! Don’t think I could have motivated without you this week!

These wines are so delicious, do yourself a favor and go get them, put them in the fridge, and drink them today outside with some cheese, fruit, meat, bbq, Moroccan spiced chickpea salad, or whatever! Lovely expressions of Cabernet Franc from France, Italy, and Santa Barbara!
Light, yet enough structure to hold up to food, balanced acidity, minerality, and fruitiness. All different and all delicious, well-made, and approachable.

Sunday’s at the Mission with Wine and unWind!
Focused on Sauvignon Blanc this week:

-‘Le Roi des Pierres’ from Sancerre, underripe lime and wet stone- the favorite, naturally

- Domaine Turner Pageot ‘La Rupture’ - from The Languedoc, barrel-fermented, wild, dried apricots and a cider like quality, different and delicious

- Press Gang Cellars ‘La Presa Vineyard’ from Los Olivos - Kyle Knapp’s private label, pineapple and tropical fruit balanced with bright acidity, second favorite! Great contrast to the Sancerre and food friendly!

- Greywacke SB from Marlborough NZ and Kevin Judd of Cloudy Bay fame- slightly reductive on the nose, balanced green bell pepper and gooseberry, well balanced and pleasant. Tart acid, not overly fruity or herbal

All wines purchased locally at and - support local and small business!
