Alright, I realize how cloudy this picture is. I almost didn't share it because it's not that "perfect sunny CA Disney picture"

But listen, sometimes cloudy days are JUST what you need! It was an amazing break from the heat. It didn't even rain even though I packed a poncho! 🌥️

✨ Tip for your future trips✨
Be prepared for any weather! I had both a neck fan for the heat and a small disposable rain poncho in my park bag.

My first day there was pure sunshine and blue sky so the fan was delightful. The next day was cloudy and *almost* rainy, so I was ready to pull out that poncho if needed. The weather can change quickly too, it definitely wasn't that cloudy all day although I absolutely appreciated coolness while walking and waiting in lines.

The food at Pixar Fest in Disneyland does not disappoint!
There is such a great variety of things to chose from.
Here is just a glimpse at some of my favorite stands, the winner for me being the Elemental Table with the Kol Nut Whoopie Cookie Pie! Elemental is my favorite newer Pixar movie, and the cream cheese frosting in the middle of this is perfection 🔥

The Red Pando Bao being a close second from over at the 4 Town Fav-4-ites stand ✨

This weekend I will be in Disneyland for my birthday! 🎉 I can not WAIT to bring you all some fun from the middle of Pixar Fest featuring a new parade, nighttime entertainment, new snacks and merchandise.

It’s never too early to start planning for Halloween! Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party will return for select dates in 2024 🎃

Guests young, old and immortal can dress in costume and get their fill of Halloween candy when they join favorite Disney pals at this Halloween-themed special event. Experience the park after it closes and enjoy incredible themed entertainment, trick-or-treating throughout the park, dance parties, characters in costumes and so much more! 🍬

This year’s event kicks off Aug. 9 and will take place on select nights through Oct. 31 at Magic Kingdom, from 7pm to midnight.

If you are planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort, then check out these awesome updates coming to the apps. There are three easy, time-saving Disney dining tips – including one BRAND-NEW way to simplify your plans!
Here’s what's new:
🍽️ Discover Dining Reservation Availability More Easily:
Guests can now see all available reservation time slots at a restaurant for the entire day on DisneyWorld.com, Disneyland.com, and the My Disney Experience and Disneyland apps. Reservations are sorted by breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner, so guests can easily choose a time based on the menu they'd like to enjoy.
📆 COMING SOON! Search for Dining Availability for Multiple Days:
Soon, guests will also be able to see dining availability for MULTIPLE days at a time! With a single search, guests can view available dining reservations for any given restaurant for up to 10 days at a time. It will make scheduling dining reservations for an entire vacation much easier!
📍Find Quick and Nearby Foods with Mobile Order:
If a you prefer quick-service locations, recent mobile order updates make it even easier to find and order food whenever hunger strikes.
Guests can sort the list to see which mobile order locations are close by and offer the earliest available pickup times in the app. If they're walking around Sunset Boulevard at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, they can easily order from nearby locations like Rosie’s All-American Café!
