Bike Donation Information
Deadline for discount pricing and best availability: March 20

We have simplified the process for ordering bikes this year. We are working directly with Kent to offer lower pricing - the following pricing is exclusively offered for bikes donated to this event. Bikes have been broken down into these age ranges for the event, and each age range has a set price:

AGES 1-3 (12” Bike) - $110
AGES 4-6 (16” Bike) - $120
AGES 7-8 (18” Bike) - $130
AGES 7-8 (20” Bike) - $140
AGES 9-10 (24” Bike) - $170

Attached is a breakdown sheet for bikes available to purchase for donation. To see what the bike looks like, we recommend going to your preferred search engine and type “Kent”, "Razor" or "Sh**un" depending on the bike you are interested in, followed by the model number. We are creating a visual reference to have on hand here at the store.

To purchase a bike, please visit our store and let a staff member know you would like to donate a bike to the VFW 2025 Easter Egg Hunt. We will walk you through the process and help you select a bike. Bikes must be paid for at time of order.

Bikes may be donated under an individual's name, an organization or business name, in memory of someone, or donated anonymously. Please inform the staff of your choice at the time or purchase so your bike will be appropriately labeled.

Morris Hardware is again donating a helmet for every bike purchased within the ordering window.

DEADLINE FOR ORDERING BIKES:
In order to ensure delivery and assembly time, bikes MUST be ordered by March 20. Substitutions may be necessary due to warehouse availability at the time the order is placed. Substitutions will be coordinated with VFW volunteers.

We will do our best to accommodate orders after the cutoff date, however pricing will revert to regular warehouse pricing and availability will be limited. Late orders will also not be eligible to receive a free helmet due to time constraints.

Morris Hardware will handle assembly, labeling, and arranging transportation for bikes donated, making the process as simple as possible for those wishing to donate.

Last year, a total of 33 bikes were donated - can you help us beat that record?

Beginning May 7, 2025... US travelers must be REAL ID compliant to board domestic flights. Consider renewing early if you want to have a driver's license that is federally compliant. So, if you don't have a passport and are flying, make sure you have your REAL ID! The ones shown are not compliant. 🤣
