If you fly Delta, TODAY, December 31, 2024, is an important deadline. This a heads-up from me, a frequent Delta flyer—not a copied-and-pasted message. There’s an important change this year regarding the conversion of your MQMs (Medallion Qualifying Miles), and you must make your choice by today.

As in years past, Delta will automatically roll over your unused MQMs into 2025, helping you maintain or achieve Medallion status. But this year, the program has changed, and automatically converting 100% of your MQMs may not be your best option.

For example, I only needed 50% of my MQMs to keep my current Medallion status for 2025. I was able to convert the other 50% into reward miles for flights, upgrades, or more! If I hadn’t manually selected this option in the app or on the Delta website, Delta would have automatically rolled over 100% of my MQMs—leaving half to go to waste.

My advice? Log into your Delta account TODAY and check your conversion options. Or, if you’re unsure, call Delta directly for assistance.

Don’t let this opportunity fly by—make the most of your MQMs and rewards! Hope to see you in the skies in 2025!

Today I had the privilege of co-presenting a $31,000 check to Meals on Wheels of the Lehigh Valley that was raised through the Lehigh Valley Chamber's Snow Ball. A huge shoutout to the amazing team at Meals on Wheels and everyone who contributed to this success, especially Paige Nichols (VP of the Chamber’s Major Events) and the Chamber’s Small Business Council. Together, we're making a difference in our community!

Recently returned from my annual travel advisor conference and completing my 3rd year with Creating Magic Vacations. I never imagined how seamless it would be adding my passion for travel to my organizing business. With over 100 advisors across the US, I came in 3rd place. A huge thank you to my wonderful clients - you are the one and only reason!♥️

As a top performer, we were honored at special dinner at one of my favorite restaurants, California Grill. With a private room, perfect for viewing Magic Kingdom’s fireworks, and sitting next to our keynote speaker, it was a magical night. Can't wait to share more about the speaker in a separate post.

The conference was amazing, catching up with fellow advisors and soaking in insights from representatives of cruise lines, land tours, ocean expeditions, and, of course Disney! The learning never stops in this industry. Came back loaded with knowledge and resources.

To those thinking about following a passion, go for it! My 1st passion was pediatrics - which I followed until my first child was born. When I was a full-time mom to a 3 1/2-year-old and a 1 1/2-year-old, while expecting my third child, I pursued my passion for organizing. Once my children graduated college and were off on their own, I followed my passion of travel.
