Can we brag for a bit?! This month was a big one for us. Not only are we in high demand in South Florida but we also launched 6 listings across 3 cities at the same time! LETS TALK FURNISHING: Most STR managers try to be as “Cost efficient” as possible and in doing so don’t keep the guest in mind. We like to do the opposite while keeping our partners and guests in mind. How are we able to think about both? Well, as shown in the pictures, we design our properties with our ideal guest in mind. Our newest property (launched today) was designed with families in mind. So we added not only a game room but also an outdoor activity that both kids and adults can partake in. So how does this allow us to also keep our partners in mind when this costs a bit more? Simple, this allows the property to be desirable keeping occupancy high!

Our newest property is located in the popular Fort Lauderdale and is only 10 min from the beach and nightlife. When not enjoying the city you can relax by the pool or play with the family. Either way you are bound to have an amazing vacation!

Look at this 🤩 months ago our newest partner reached out and wanted to switch over to us from his current management company. He was disappointed on how they maintained his investment. Once we walked the property we understood what he meant. We decided to take the challenge and took off running by doing some renovations. This is what it looks like now 🤩🤩🤩 super proud of our team. Hey everyone! We are Matthew & Paola Mantilla. We wanted to show the faces behind Tilah Properties. We are a family run short term rental management company. Currently, we service South Florida BUT looking to expand to a city near you. As you can see, family is important to us and we treat our partners and guests as family. A little about us:

- We just celebrated our 6 year wedding anniversary
- Two kids: Zayn (3 years) Caleb (7 Months) and going for more!
