Hello again, it's been awhile...
2020 was quite a year. The travel industry had to pivot in directions we never expected. During this last year I took time to take care of clients that had to cancel & change plans and reflect on how Bella Vista will move forward. As I watch resorts open back up, I am inspired to get back into it however I will focus on group travel and destination weddings. These travelers need the most attention from a travel agent and I feel I can best serve them. During the last 3 years as a travel agent, I have found that complicated travel arrangements need my assistance the most. One of my goals in 2019 is to focus on group travel.
