Hi, my name's Kristen and I'm an Independent Agent with Cupcake Castles Travel Company.

As a busy mom, I know that planning the perfect vacation can be stressful! The world of travel is constantly changing (thanks, COVID) and now more than ever you need to pay close attention to the tiny details and stay up-to-date with all of the policies and protocols for wherever it is that you want to go. As a Professional Travel Advisor, that's part of my job!

No two clients are alike, so when you book your travel through me, you will be getting a personalized experience tailored to meet YOUR needs and expectations. I am very transparent and honest with my clients and I work with you & your budget to help you pick the right destination, choose your resort and room type, and I can even offer excursion and restaurant suggestions so that your vacation is exactly what you are looking for!

I have both personal and/or professional experience with all of the destinations I send my clients to (if I don't have experience in an area I will tell you) so you KNOW you will be getting the exact vacation you have been dreaming about. And I do more than just book your travel; I am your travel concierge and here for you 24/7 during your vacation. If you’re stranded as a result of bad weather or have a travel emergency, my phone is always on!
