Family style fajitas for first day lunch with our hungry hungry guests!
Steak & portobello mushroom, homemade guac, slap yo mama beans (Capt Sy’s recipe) jalapeños, vine ripened tomatoes & locally grown cucumber!

We marinated the steak for 8 hours with
- lime juice
- pineapple juice
- ancho chile
- olive oil
- garlic
- cumin
- paprika
- red pepper flakes
- salt & fresh ground pepper
- chopped fresh cilantro

BVI permanent work permits IN HAND!

We have spent the past 5 days in Road Town attending doctor’s appointments, Custom & Immigration appointments, Department of Labour appointments, and this afternoon we were kindly granted permission to work & live in the BVI!!! It was definitely a process but SO WORTH IT!
We’re so excited to be able to charter in these beautiful islands that until now we’ve only spent holidays in!!!
