✈️ Travel Tip Tuesday 🌍

Do you know the difference between an outlet adapter and a converter? One simply allows you to plug an American device into a European outlet (adapter) while the other actually steps down the voltage to protect your electronic items (converter).

Ideally you use an adapter and converter to protect your valuable electronic items, but sometimes just an adapter will do the trick.

American appliances run on 110 volts, while European appliances are 220 volts. Most electrical devices are now “dual voltage," which means they work on both American and European current.

My favorite converter- adapter is pictured below. Love knowing we can use any electronic item safely with this device when traveling.
