There are mostly 1 way streets, especially in the French Quarter so driving can be a little tricky. Best options are to get airport shuttle to and from the hotel and either Uber/Lyft or use the public street cars to travel around the city. Vehicular traffic on Bourbon Street is stopped nightly at dusk allowing pedestrians more space to explore.
