The core illness of modern life is isolation 💔

The more connected our mind is to information, systems and devices, the more disconnected from our body and the living organism that nurtures it

We feel isolated because we no longer live in harmony and cooperation with nature. We seek to "conquer it".

The indigenous elders "Mamos" and "Sagas" of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta in Colombia explain that we "must undo that lost path" and remember our place as a part of nature. For generations they have been warning us (the little brothers) about the price of disconnection. Now more that even they are spreading an important message and teaching us to listen by using the powers of the mind for prayer and contemplation.

They are sharing their medicines to expand our consciousness. To lift the veil of illusion that keep us separate from the forces that create meaning and magic in our lives✨Our own divinity ✨

They are showing us how to work with the elements and the spirits by making offerings (payments) to the sacred sites in this territory known as "The Heart of the World" for then energetic balance and spiritual order of the planet.

They are teaching us about the power of ritual and ceremony. They inspire us to find new ways to relate to others, the living world and ourselves. We are listening 🍃

Cacao🌱 is the fruit of a sacred tree that grows abundantly in different regions of central and South America. It is known as a Medicine for the Heart✨ 💚as it opens our heart to feeling deep gratitude, forgiveness and self love.

With our upcoming February retreat to La Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta we will be supporting and receiving the Cacao medicine from the Arhuaco tradition. The teachings of their ancestors are passed on through their crops and when you drink cacao in meditation you can connect to their land, and all their knowledge.

For those of you I have yet to meet I am Juliana, founder of this platform, mother, daughter, sister and friend. I am a holistic healing practitioner and retreat facilitator based on St. Pete,FL.

I lead group journeys to mystical places in my country - Colombia. The Kogis teach us that water and the woman are a representation of each other💦 the embodiment of creation and life.

By nourishing and protecting the women we are healing the rivers, the lakes and streams. And viceversa.

Water is sacred. It is the blood, the carrier of nutrients within this living organism we call earth.

The Kogis, descendant of the Tayrona civilization, are the elders of the sacred mountains of La Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta. In their tradition, plant teachers such as coca and tabaco have a fundamental role: To facilitate agreements between the people and the people and nature. Maintaining the balance and harmony in the land and in the mind🍃

In the history of this culture and their understanding of the relationships
between plants and human, lies the key to leaning the ways of the indigenous world - their technologies and espiritual practices and what they mean for humanity today.

Next February 2024, we will have the privilege of learning and meeting these teachers, their medicines and ways of life with a sacred group journey to La Sierra Nevada Mountains in Colombia.
