I recently had guests return from Iceland where they explored all over the country in a 5 night trip. This is an adventure that you can easily wrap around a long weekend. The photos were so fantastic that I asked if I could share them. Thank you to Sharon Burns for allowing me to use them!!

Chasing the Northern Lights in Iceland: A Bucket List Adventure

I have had several people ask about the itinerary for our Very UnDisney Bougie Girls Weekend- so here it is!! We rode 4 headliner rides, enjoyed 3 private tours, visited all four parks, and had plenty of time for relaxation and laughter!

Although cruising allows you to experience multiple destinations while only unpacking once, there's actually a whole vacation available ON the ship! You could never disembark at a port and still have a great time. Check us out at the Silent Disco last week onboard the Celebrity Ascent - this was easily the most fun I have ever had onboard a cruise ship.

The More You Know...
Cruising is a FANTASTIC way to do multigenerational travel. Do you have grandparents in their 60s/70s or older in your family? Does anyone have mobility issues? How about dietary concerns? Are you trying to figure out how to make everyone happy and still get your toddler a nap at 3 pm? What about food? How can you have an elevated food experience on vacation and still feed your 5 year old chicken nuggets? What if you want to go ziplining with your teenagers but still spend plenty of time with grandparents? Do the adults want to watch all of the kids swim with dolphins? How about a round of trivia with the men vs the women of the family? Bingo as a group is a WHOLE lot of fun! Are you tired of renting a huge beach house for 15-20 people and having to cook and clean all week?

The answer for our family for 23 years has been cruising.

My kids started cruising at age 2 and we did a huge multigenerational cruise every other year with the entire family. It's been such a gift to spend so many years laughing and traveling together. It's something everyone looks forward to and something that we intend to continue for generations to come.
