By thanksgiving, depending on snowfall, some near by smaller ski resorts are open and running. Such as the Arapaho Basin, Keystone and Copper mountain!

Hello All! First- Thank you for visiting our page. We are so excited to share our journey to Breckenridge, CO with you. How DID we get here you ask? Let me tell you the short version.

End of 2019: we made plans to go on an extended RV trip. COVID hit aaannnd we still went 😜 We finished our journey in Colorado, where we fell in love with all the things. Perfect weather, beautiful scenes, no mosquitos 🦟 and unlimited outdoor activities for all ages. As we sat in the RV park in South CO, at the edge of the dunes, we kicked around the dream of being here a lot more. If you know Stu, and if you mention investing in something and he goes full throttle! Well, our simple conversation has lead us to investing in a STR (short-term rental) in Breckenridge, CO!
