Whether we look for meaning in the stars, for purpose in work or relationships, we are often in need of fresh perspective.

We can change circumstances to manufacture temporary satisfaction, and there's nothing wrong with that--variety is the spice of life (as they say). However, a fresh perspective can apply a new filter to ALL your circumstances. That's what we're inviting people into, a new lens.

When we take ourselves deep into nature and do major mental/emotional/spiritual excavation...

We process in silence, in conversation, in dreams, with meditation and breathwork, through massage, with therapy, with song and dance, with laughter and tears and beyond.

Integration doesn't begin or end ceremoniously--real-life isn't all meditation circles and sage.

Integration continues as we discover new aspects of ourselves in old scenarios at work, with family, with friends, and sitting with ourselves in our thoughts/dreams/former fears.

We allow new patterns to form and we create a whole new inspired way to live our lives.

This time last year I was on a boat in the Keys surrounded by great people hell bent on digging into the adventure we were on. 🦞 Today, I'm in Guatemala with my favorite human, Izzy, surrounded by volcanoes, still hell bent on digging into the adventure we're on. 🌋 It is my intention to keep digging into life, to see/taste/smell/feel everything this big globe has to offer and I feel fortunate to have had these early realizations... • I AM NOT STUCK 💪🏼 • I CHOOSE MY OWN PATH 🧘🏼‍♀️ • NO ONE CAN LIFT ME UP OR HOLD ME DOWN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION 💫 So forgive x (whomever/whatever/yourself) and lean more heavily into joy to guide your next step. It's easier than you think. Find a thought or idea that gives you warm fuzzies and rest in it (seriously just make it your job to obsess over something that makes you smile) while new ideas/opportunities start to flow... Then say yes and yes and yes again--follow the thread (even if it seems silly, especially if it is silly). You'll be like, wait, how did I even get here? Where did that come from? Stop trying to over-think it. Let a trickle of joy lead you step-by-step to a wild raging river. That's how I got here. That's how I live a life that would be unbelievable to me of 10 years ago. And it just gets better. If that sounds too cheesy or unreal, just ask me about wtf my days look like.
