ce is all about meeting the needs of owner, owner representatives and guests at all times and in any condition. It is a premium service where the impossible is made possible and in record speed.
2. Crew Administration Service: This service provides the owner with as much assistance and
advice needed while feeling satisfied that all required international regulations are being followed.
3. Documentation Service: This service includes working with the flag state and class societies to assist with surveys and certificate renewals, crew records and the yacht insurance policies. We monitor industry regulations and advisories so that all paperwork remains up-to-date and
organized. And we manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages and or freight.
4. Emergency Response Service: This service is available 24 hours 7 days a week to support yacht crew with any type of critical situation. As part of the ISM Code and our onboard safety
management system, crew members are trained to access their Designated Person Ashore
(DPA) who then coordinates the appropriate professional response.
5. Financial Administration Service: This service provides the owner and captain with the ease of personal accounting for the vessel with assistance in the day to day financial operation
6. Safety and Security Service: This service ensures an owner’s easy navigation through, over 40 conventions and 800 codes dealing with the safety, security and pollution issues of the maritime industry.
7. Technical Support Service: This service provides logistical support while liaising with an owner, owner representatives and captain with highest regard to the yachts annual scheduling.
8. Transport Service: This service is comprehensive logistics and transportation of any kind of
freight of any size—local, statewide, national or international. From highly specified single
components to engine parts or oversized loads requiring specialized equipment. This service
includes a specialized post-purchase and pre-delivery inspection and tender touch of expert
technicians, engineers and valets.
