Ladies, are you ready to indulge in an evening of scrumptious cuisine paired with delectable wines, all while supporting a great cause? The Johnson-Humrickhouse Museum promises this and more at the What Women Want dinner and auction on April 6th beginning at 5:30 P.M. WWW features a luxurious five-course dinner and a lively auction of unique packages and exclusive experiences. It also serves as a fundraising event organized by The Friends of the Museum. All proceeds go to support the museum’s educational programming.
The night begins at 5:30 P.M. with wine and music. Check-in, examine the auction packages, and bid in the Silent Auction. A sit-down dinner served by black-tie waiters begins around 6:30. Chef Michael Cichon is known to create enticing entrees that thrill the palate, and this year will be no different. The WWW Auction includes cool packages, unique dinners, outing bundles, and parties. Past favorites that will be offered again include a gourmet dinner for eight at the museum prepared by Chef Cichon and multiple opportunities for getaways. Auction items will be teased right here on our Facebook and Instagram, so stay tuned!
Tickets are $75 and admission covers dinner and a complimentary wine ticket (Friends of the Museum members will receive an additional wine ticket). A cash wine bar will also be available. There will be a choice of entrees, which will be provided at the time of purchasing your ticket. Do you want to "UP" your dining experience? Our in-house sommelier (David Walters) will match a different wine for each course during dinner! As your course is served David will come to your table and pour and explain each wine pairing. This is a wonderful way to compliment your dining experience for an additional $25.00!
Tickets may be purchased beginning February 26th at the museum, over the phone by calling 740-622-8710, or by visiting our website at jhmuseum.org/www. Ticket sales end March 29th and must be paid for by this date. If you are interested in sponsoring a full table or an auction item, please contact the museum.
