Today we stopped in the Azores! We visited Sete Cidades on the island of São Miguel as well as a pineapple plantation. Azores is known for its natural beauty including volcanic craters, hot springs, lakes, and lush landscapes! This was such a cool and unique place to experience.

Today we stopped in Lisbon. This is quickly becoming one of my top cities to explore and I was so happy to be back!
Portugal has some of my favorite wines so of course we had to do some wine tasting, and buying🤣. We walked around the city and finished our day with a bike tour! We had perfect weather!
If you haven’t been to Portugal, you have to put it on your list.

Today we left Southampton and ventured to Stonehenge. And since the rail lines were under construction it was quite the venture…bus train bus bus train bus😵‍💫 but we made it!

For this we have Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort!
I love the convenience of this resort that’s walking distance to Disney Springs. Plus there’s a golf course right on property!

Our 3rd and final day in London brought us to the Tower of London to see the Crown Jewels. We spent over 4 hours here making sure we saw everything! After we ventured to Kensington Palace and walked the gardens for a bit. Thankfully we had great weather our entire time in London. Next we are heading to Southampton by train to spend a couple more days!

For this let’s take a trip to the South Pacific for Disney’s Polynesian Resort. This deluxe resort is so beautiful! I love all the South Pacific theming. It has some delicious food options, and has views of Magic Kingdom!
Take the monorail to two parks, and a bus to the others! It’s in such a perfect location to add that extra magic to your vacation!

Our second day in London we enjoyed the hop on hop off bus tour. We also watched changing of the guards at Buckingham Palace and explored Westminster Abby. We were up around 4am due to jetlag😳 so we for sure had a full day!
