Orange Beach in the winter... high of 73F in the afternoon.... always a great time for morning coffee. Thank you to our guests for a great 2024! Some of the enhancements to the unit included upgrading the washer and dryer to a full-size stack (and it's a beauty!), replacing the air conditioning unit, as well as installed new vertical blinds in the living and master bedroom. The new elevator work in Phoenix V began in October and the association is replacing them 1 by 1 without delay until completion. This format allows as many elevators to be functioning as possible during the work. Use the pinned post above for booking directly with our management company Beachball to save on some of the booking fees. Alternatively, we're also on VRBO and Airbnb. We look forward to welcoming you in 2025!

The time is finally here (almost)! After delays due to the pandemic, lack of parts, & costs almost doubling due to inflation - we've finally saved enough as an association to replace our elevators! This is GREAT news for everyone! We'll post updates to the timelines as they are made available, but in the meantime, know we're as ready as you are!

Great News! The $5.00 toll on the Foley Beach Express will be discontinued on May 23, 2024! The ownership will be transferred to ALDOT on that date. For more details, there are various news articles out there if you Google the topic. As always the date could change for unexpected reasons, but overall this is great news for those visiting us in Orange Beach going forward!

No better way to spend December than with clear skies and uncrowded beaches - this is Orange Beach in the off season...Just beautiful!

As we make our updates and deep cleans for 2024, we noticed the stand-alone wine fridge no longer works. If you have thoughts on whether we should replace it or not (leaning towards not)- leave us a note in the comments section!

We had a very busy year with bookings, and so we want to say THANK YOU to all of our guests who visited 1210 during 2023... We look forward to welcoming you again in 2024!
