The time is finally here (almost)! After delays due to the pandemic, lack of parts, & costs almost doubling due to inflation - we've finally saved enough as an association to replace our elevators! This is GREAT news for everyone! We'll post updates to the timelines as they are made available, but in the meantime, know we're as ready as you are!
Great News! The $5.00 toll on the Foley Beach Express will be discontinued on May 23, 2024! The ownership will be transferred to ALDOT on that date. For more details, there are various news articles out there if you Google the topic. As always the date could change for unexpected reasons, but overall this is great news for those visiting us in Orange Beach going forward!

As we make our updates and deep cleans for 2024, we noticed the stand-alone wine fridge no longer works. If you have thoughts on whether we should replace it or not (leaning towards not)- leave us a note in the comments section!

Summer is almost here and we're filling up fast! But there is still a weekend or 2 in June available and a few prime weeks in July available for booking! Our HOA has worked hard this year and we have new pool furniture, new lobby furniture and plans are in place for lot a lot more. You won't find a building more cared for than Phoenix V. Plus - the views are incredible from 1210!

October is an amazing month to go to the beach! Today was high of 76 - the water is warm & clear, the skies are blue - and the beaches are still sugar white! All photos taken at Phoenix V.
The P5 HOA/us owners have taken a lot of pride in upgrading various aspects of our building. This year new lobby furniture, new paint, new interactive mural for social media, an onsite ATM, new pool furniture, refinished indoor swimming pool, and even a P5 online store where you can buy P5 merchandise. Next 12 to 18 months we'll be refinishing the outdoor pool, upgrading the elevators, and so much more! Reasons such as these are why we are consistently told by realtors and rental companies alike - P5 is the most requested and rented building in Orange Beach!
